Over the past seven years, I have embarked on a personal wellness journey, motivated by my experiences with vitiligo, extreme fatigue, hormone imbalances, brain fog, stress, and mental health challenges. This journey led me to discover the profound impact of daily habits on overall health. Through researching foods, skincare, beauty, and supplement products, I learned about the significant effects of toxins on well-being. Transitioning to cleaner products and high-quality supplements transformed my health and ignited my passion for helping others achieve wellness.

This passion inspired the creation of SOLUDE, where I provide reliable resources and high-quality products to eliminate toxins and enhance well-being, guiding others toward better health and vitality. With my background as a Nutritionist Assistant for the WIC Program and my certifications as an IHP Level 1 & 2, I incorporate the knowledge and experience I've gained to teach others how to achieve optimal health.
