Then I found myself living inside that gap. So I went deeper, into Integrative Health Practice, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition, and longevity training, and I learned to read the body differently.

And then my skin started to return. My face restored fully. My body followed. Not because of one supplement or one fix, because I finally found the root. That became the foundation of SOLUDE.
