Shipping & Delivery Policy
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier. Solude Wellness & Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and secure. If a package is marked as “Delivered” but not received, the customer must contact the carrier directly and notify us within 7 days of the delivery date so we may assist with an investigation.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages Policy
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, and around the delivery area. We will open a carrier investigation when applicable. Resolution (refund or replacement) will be determined based on the carrier’s findings. We do not automatically replace or refund orders marked as delivered. In cases where theft is suspected, customers may be required to file a police or carrier theft report. Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
Fraud & Address Accuracy Policy
Orders flagged as medium or high risk for fraud may require additional verification before shipment. Failure to complete verification may result in order cancellation and refund.
Solude Wellness & Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
